If you're facing a technical issue with a Picturall product, do the following: 

  1. Contact your local Picturall distributor. Our regional distributors are the best first contact with urgent technical questions. For distributor contact details, have a look at our Buy/Rent list. 

  2. If you don't have a distributor close by, email support (at) and include your server's serial number, a diagnostics file. In most cases this is vital information for support, so submitting your question through email is often the most efficient way for us to help you. To save a diagnostics file, in Picturall Commander, click File > Get system diagnostics... 

  3. With urgent technical support issues only, call Picturall support phone: +358 105 041 382 (Mon - Fri 9am - 4pm, Sat - Sun 12pm - 6pm UTC+2, Helsinki)
